    Devastating.

    They failed to deliver flowers to my grandma's funeral.

    They called me 6 days later to notify me. Their remedy was to deliver the flowers to my Dad's house a week after Christmas.

    Before ordering- ask yourself- am I willing to risk a mistake on my big day?

    My grandma will only die once. And my father had to go through that day thinking he was alone.

    Still waiting for refund.
