For security purposes they put ankle bracelets on the babies to keep them from leaving the facility to early and are activated as soon as they are in your recovery room. Well mine didn't get activated until the next morning which was just over 24hrs later after receiving the monitor. So anyone could have walked away with my baby. I had requested several times of needing some pain medication and it took them at least 4 hours with a second reminder of needing medication. And but not least when you leave the hospital you get a keepsake birth certificate and they didn't have my place of birth right they had entered a different state.
